What shipping is available?

Free shipping for orders over $149.

All orders are shipped domestically from our office in Melbourne, therefore no import taxes are applicable.

All shipping via Australia Post, courier services can be used upon request. All orders placed before 2pm will be processed and shipped that day any placed after this cut off will be processed the next day. Tracking provided with all orders to the email provided at checkout.

Express shipping is available. Postage costs calculated by customer location and parcel weight.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all across Australia and New Zealand. If you are in another location and would like to make a purchase please contact us and we can provide you with a shipping quote. Please contact us for more info

I entered the wrong shipping details at checkout, what should I do?

If you entered the incorrect shipping details at checkout please get in touch with us ASAP so that we can correct this for you.

Can I add items to my order if it has already been placed?

If you have placed an order and realise you have forgotten something just get in touch via phone or email and if the order hasn’t left our warehouse yet we can add it to the same parcel for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via the Paypal portal where you can pay using your PayPal balance or your credit card. We also offer Afterpay at the checkout.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, and orders are subject to 10% GST.

What’s your returns policy?

Any faulty or damaged products will be refunded if returned within 30 days if returned in their original packaging and unopened with the proof of purchase.

Please include your proof of purchase. Once received your refund will be processed and you will be contacted via email.

Unfortunately there are no refunds for change of mind purchases, we do try to be flexible and may be able to arrange an alternative so please contact us via phone or email.

Please note that refunds are only available for faulty or damaged products, not damaged packaging. We do try our best to package your items to keep them protected during transit however sometimes packaging may become damaged.

What if the product(s) I want to buy are not in stock?

If the product you’re after is currently out of stock please get in touch with us via phone or email and we will let you know when we expect the stock to be refilled.

Do you have a shop I can visit in person to browse?

At the moment we don’t have a location where you can browse our product range and shop in-store. If you live in Melbourne you can place an order for pick up and we will contact you when the order is ready.
